Request Items from P.O.C.C.

GUIDELINES FOR RECIPIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS TO OBTAIN P&O GOODS

Non-governmental organizations (NGO's) and charitable groups or individuals who wish to obtain items from the P.O.C.C. inventory need to first complete the web-based application located at P.O.C.C. Application.

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed and references checked. If the application is not acceptable or additional information is needed, you will be notified.

If the application is accepted, you will be notified by email and a POCC Inventory User Name and Password will be assigned. You will also receive an attachment that provides instructions as to how to make a distribution request.

FEES: In order to receive a distribution of P&O goods, you are responsible for a warehouse fee ($75 for the first 50# of P&O goods, $1 per pound thereafter) as well as the costs associated with shipping and import duty if applicable. If you live close to a P.O.C.C. warehouse, onsite pick up can be arranged.

If you are traveling internationally, it is critical that you plan far in advance so that there is adequate time for application submission, application review and inventory distribution request processing. We suggest that you begin the application process at least 8 weeks prior to a planned departure.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We require those who received distributions from POCC to provide written documentation of how the P&O Goods were used. This ensures that items are being provided to individuals. Without this accountability documentation, you may not be able to receive distributions in the future.
