Exhibitor Registration
Assignment of Exhibits:
Tables will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.
Arrangement of Exhibits:
Space permitting, exhibits will be placed both in the center and around the perimeter of the exhibit hall. Should your table require anything other than this please call Jeff Kingsley at 949-645-4401, or E-Mail:
Table and Equipment:
Each table will include: One Draped 6' table, One Sign with Company Name as registered.
Rules and Regulations:
Exhibitors agree to conform to all fire, etc. rules and regulations as provided and interpreted by local officials and hotel representatives. All exhibit decorations must be fire retardant. No open flames or tanks of gas may be used, nor may canopies be erected over exhibits.
Dress Code:
All exhibitors attire should be appropriate and in keeping with the casual nature of this meeting.
(Ties are strongly discouraged.)
Security:
The exhibitor must take all steps, measures and precautions as may be necessary to protect itself, its agents, representatives, employees and guests as well as its exhibits, displays and properties, against possible injury, damage, loss, and destruction at the show and during the move in and move out.

January 28, 6:00am - 7:00am (Please be set-up by exhibit opening.)
